TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

RATES: Rates are per room and per night, breakfast or taxes not included. Prices vary due to promotions or current offers. The final rate is the one that is communicated to the guest in an email confirmation. On the day of arrival, check-in takes place after 2:00 p.m.; On the day of departure, check out is done before 12:00 noon. If the arrival occurs before the scheduled time, the bags can be left deposited at the B&B; in the same way, they can be left in custody after 11:00 a.m. until the end of the withdrawal day. RESERVATIONS: All rooms are subject to availability on the requested dates. Once the request is received, we respond within 24 hours communicating the availability of rooms, the conditions of the stay, the prices and the method of payment. We respond to everyone, even when it comes to not having availability, informing of possible alternatives for the stay. The reservation is made by phone and confirmed by email. CANCELLATIONS: The cancellation or annulment of an already confirmed reservation must be communicated as soon as possible. The client has the right to cancel the reservation itself if he has not made any advance. If cancellations or annulments of reservations secured in advance, are made less than 20 days before the date stipulated for arrival, an amount corresponding to one night must be paid. If the cancellations or annulments of the reservations are made less than 7 days before the date stipulated for arrival, an import fee must be paid for the entire stay. If the guest does not arrive and does not communicate the cancellation by email or WhatsApp message, they must pay the amount provided for the entire stay. If the guest arrives but does not want to stay at the B&B, he must pay the full import of the stay. METHODS OF PAYMENT: With the confirmation of the reservation we generally request, as a deposit, a down payment of 50% of the total cost of the accommodation. The balance of the price will be paid at the time of check-out, in cash or by debit or credit card. We will never request credit or debit card information by phone, since the required deposit or advance is made by deposit in a convenience store and is only a guarantee of the reservation, and is not used to make a delivery regarding the cost of lodging . EXTRA CHARGES FOR PETS OR FOOD: Rates are per room, per night, do not include a pet charge. All pets are welcome at a pre-arranged fee. The establishment will do everything in its power to provide parking in the event that the guest(s) bring a vehicle, which will not have an extra charge. The breakfasts, lunches or dinners that are needed, can be agreed and previously quoted. Land or sea transfers, walks, access to tourist sites, tour guides, etc., have a separate cost and are not managed by the establishment, but we can make recommendations and provide information on dates, costs, etc. Java John Mexico is a fully inclusive B&B, which means that at the center of our vision, mission, and values, is total respect for human diversity, sexual and gender diversity, cultural, racial, nationality, language, ages, abilities, etc. We do not tolerate discrimination in any of its expressions, neither among our staff nor from our guests.
